Bayo Sanni

ayo joined Catilas Resources Limited as CEO in April 2018 following successful acquisition of the company from previous owners. He is now an Executive Director. Prior to Catilas, Bayo had over 25years experience in financial services where he gained valuable and diverse experiences successfully managing people and businesses. With over 13 years in executive leadership positions culminating in his roles as Executive Director in charge of Commercial and Retail Business, and Risk and Compliance at different times, Bayo is a tested and proven leader with a passion for value optimization.
Bayo is excited about his role at Catilas as an enabler to deploy his skills and learnings to improve organizational performance..
He is an ethical leader who is genuinely interested in people and people development. In addition to his interest in proprietary impact investment, Bayo sits on the board of four other companies, Black Pelican Limited, IO Furniture Limited, Spok Capital Ltd and NNEW MFB Ltd. He holds first and second degrees in Finance from University of Lagos and has attended developmental courses within and outside the country.
Alero Browne

lero is currently the Managing Manager of Catilas Resources Limited. Prior to her appointment as Managing Director, she was the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for well over two years. Alero’s experience in Human Resources (HR) spans over 15 years. Prior to joining Catilas, she spent over 10years with the Human Resources Department of Polaris Bank Limited (formerly Skye Bank Plc) where she gained valuable experiences and honed her skills in HR to consistent acclaim. She specializes and has held leadership roles in Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development and Employee Relations.
Alero also had a 2-year stint as Sales Head of the Bank’s flagship branch with significant and commendable contribution to the growth of the balance sheet and P&L of the branch.
She is a certified Learning facilitator and has planned and coordinated various Learning and Development initiatives during her HR Journey. Her passion for HR and learning continue to motivate her to keep abreast through reading and attendance of trainings and workshops locally and abroad.
She graduated from the University of Ibadan with honours in Sociology and earned a master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from London South Bank University, United Kingdom. She is a member of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the professional body for Human Resources (HR) and People development in United Kingdom. At her spare time, she loves running, cycling, and swimming. She also enjoys cooking for family and friends.
